Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
If an exchange or refund is required please advise us of your intention to return the item (to enable us to have the item for exchange ready to ship) and then return the product to us in its original packaging together with a note advising us of the action you would like us to take. Please ensure that you supply your contact details and advise us of the item’s post office tracking number or your courier’s name and waybill number. You exchanged goods will be shipped on receipt of the returned goods.
