Postage
All prices quoted for shoes on this website include free overnight delivery (next working day) to your nominated post office within RSA via Speed Service Couriers. Provided your order and payment is received by 12 noon. We reserve the right to charge the carrier cost of other items where the transport/postage charge exceeds 10% of the value of the item shipped.
Stock Availability
Although we carry in excess of 6000 pairs of shoes at any given time some items may be temporarily out of stock or, on occasion, permanently out of stock as footwear ranges typically have a product life cycle of twelve months before they are discontinued or upgraded. In the event of the item not being in stock you will be advised the same day of the stock outage and a revised delivery date supplied. In the event of this date not being acceptable to you, you will be refunded by the end of the following working day.
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
If an exchange or refund is required please advise us of your intention to return the item (to enable us to have the item for exchange ready to ship) and then return the product to us in its original packaging together with a note advising us of the action you would like us to take. Please ensure that you supply your contact details and advise us of the item’s post office tracking number or your courier’s name and waybill number. You exchanged goods will be shipped on receipt of the returned goods.
